Warranty Policy

At Nava’s Fencing, we take pride in delivering quality workmanship and durable outdoor construction services throughout Fort Worth and the DFW area. This Warranty Policy outlines the coverage and limitations applicable to our services and installations.

1. Workmanship Warranty

Nava’s Fencing provides a limited workmanship warranty on qualifying fence installation and outdoor construction projects.

This warranty covers defects resulting directly from improper installation performed by Nava’s Fencing under normal residential use.

Coverage may include:

  • Improper post installation

  • Structural installation defects

  • Gate alignment issues caused by installation

  • Hardware installation defects

Warranty coverage applies only to the original customer and original installation location.

2. Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover conditions outside of our control, including but not limited to:

  • Storm damage

  • Wind damage

  • Flooding

  • Ground shifting or soil movement

  • Tree falls or debris impact

  • Acts of nature

  • Accidents or misuse

  • Damage caused by third parties

  • Vandalism

  • Lack of maintenance

  • Improper staining or sealing by others

  • Modifications performed by others

Natural characteristics of wood and outdoor materials are not considered defects, including:

  • Minor warping

  • Shrinkage

  • Expansion

  • Knots

  • Cracking/checking

  • Color variation

  • Weathering over time

3. Material Warranty

Manufacturer warranties on materials, hardware, or specialty products are subject to the original manufacturer’s warranty terms and conditions.

Nava’s Fencing does not independently warranty products manufactured by third parties unless explicitly stated in writing.

4. Maintenance Requirements

To maximize the lifespan of your fence or outdoor structure, customers are responsible for proper maintenance, including:

  • Routine inspections

  • Cleaning

  • Staining or sealing when appropriate

  • Vegetation control around fencing

  • Preventing standing water buildup

Failure to properly maintain installed structures may void applicable warranty coverage.

5. Warranty Claim Process

To submit a warranty claim, please contact us with:

  • Your name

  • Property address

  • Description of the issue

  • Photos if available

We reserve the right to inspect the project before approving warranty-related repairs or replacements.

6. Limitation of Liability

Nava’s Fencing’s liability under this warranty is limited solely to repair or replacement of covered workmanship defects at our discretion.

We are not responsible for:

  • Indirect damages

  • Consequential damages

  • Loss of property use

  • Landscaping damage outside the work area

  • Delays caused by weather or material availability

7. Warranty Changes

Nava’s Fencing reserves the right to modify this Warranty Policy at any time without prior notice.

Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
