Refund Policy

At Nava’s Fencing, we strive to provide quality workmanship and customer satisfaction on every project.

Because construction services involve labor scheduling, material purchasing, and custom project preparation, refunds are handled according to the terms below.

1. Deposits

Deposits may be required before scheduling or material ordering.

Deposits may become non-refundable once:

  • Materials have been ordered

  • Labor has been scheduled

  • Project preparation has begun

2. Completed Work

Payments for completed labor, installed materials, or finished project phases are non-refundable.

3. Project Cancellations

If a customer cancels a project after approval:

  • Charges may apply for materials already purchased

  • Charges may apply for completed labor or preparation work

  • Special-order materials may not be refundable

4. Refund Eligibility

Approved refunds, if applicable, may be issued only for:

  • Duplicate payments

  • Billing errors

  • Services not rendered

Refund determinations are made at the sole discretion of Nava’s Fencing.

5. Processing Time

Approved refunds may require several business days for processing depending on the payment provider or financial institution.
