Nava’s Fencing provides residential and commercial fencing services including, but not limited to:

  • Fence installation

  • Fence repair

  • Custom gates

  • Pergolas

  • Decks

  • Outdoor structures

  • Related construction services

All services are subject to project evaluation, scheduling availability, material availability, weather conditions, and written agreement.

2. Estimates & Pricing

All estimates provided by Nava’s Fencing are:

  • Based on the information available at the time of inspection

  • Subject to change if project conditions differ from initial observations

  • Valid for a limited time unless otherwise stated

Pricing may be affected by:

  • Material cost fluctuations

  • Site accessibility

  • Soil conditions

  • Permit requirements

  • Additional requested work

  • Hidden structural issues discovered during construction

A written estimate or invoice does not guarantee scheduling until approved and accepted by both parties.

3. Deposits & Payments

A deposit may be required before materials are ordered or work begins.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

  • Remaining balances are due upon project completion

  • Late payments may be subject to additional fees

  • The Company reserves the right to suspend work for unpaid balances

Accepted payment methods may include:

  • Cash

  • Check

  • Credit/debit card

  • Electronic payment methods

Returned checks may incur additional fees.

4. Scheduling & Delays

Project timelines are estimates only and may be affected by:

  • Weather conditions

  • Material shortages

  • Permit delays

  • Utility marking delays

  • Site accessibility

  • Unforeseen construction conditions

We are not liable for delays outside of our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for ensuring:

  • Property access is available

  • Pets are secured

  • Personal items are removed from work areas

5. Property Lines & Utilities

The customer is responsible for:

  • Confirming accurate property boundaries

  • Disclosing known easements or restrictions

  • Informing us of private utility lines, sprinklers, drainage systems, or underground installations

Nava’s Fencing is not responsible for:

  • Incorrect property line information provided by the customer

  • Damage to undisclosed private utilities or systems

If necessary, customers may be advised to obtain a property survey prior to installation.

6. Materials & Natural Variations

Wood and other natural materials may contain:

  • Knots

  • Grain variation

  • Color variation

  • Minor warping or movement

  • Shrinkage or expansion due to weather

These are natural characteristics and are not considered defects.

7. Warranty & Workmanship

We stand behind our workmanship and aim to provide quality construction services.

Warranty coverage, if provided, applies only to:

  • Work specifically performed by Nava’s Fencing

  • Normal residential use

Warranty does not cover:

  • Storm damage

  • Ground shifting

  • Acts of nature

  • Customer misuse

  • Damage caused by third parties

  • Lack of maintenance

  • Pre-existing structural issues

Any warranty terms may be provided separately in writing.

8. Cancellation Policy

Project cancellations may result in:

  • Loss of deposit

  • Charges for materials already ordered

  • Charges for completed labor or preparation work

Rescheduling requests should be made as early as possible.

9. Website Use

All website content, including:

  • Text

  • Images

  • Logos

  • Branding

  • Designs

Unauthorized use of the website may violate applicable laws.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nava’s Fencing shall not be liable for:

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service provided.
